3.5oz carrot-diced
2oz broccoli
2.5oz green beans -diced
1tbs Foddies Mixed herb seasoning
¼ tsp salt
1tsp dried chives
2tbs garlic infused olive oil
¼ cup lactose or dairy free sour cream
1 cup chicken stock
Pastry:
3.5oz butter or dairy free alternative
5oz Gluten Free plain flour
1/4 cup water
