Our Story

We are Chrissy & Luke, two Australians with dietary restrictions hoping to make a real difference in the world. With Chrissy having Fructose Malabsorption and Lactose Intolerance and Luke having Irritable Bowel Syndrome, we totally get it!


Our story begins in Melbourne, Australia, where we initially met online.
As anyone like us in the dating game would know, dating with dietary restrictions is tough! There's something very unromantic about splitting some lettuce and a glass of water.


As we bonded over our stomach problems (totally not weird) we began to realize just how tough it was for people like us to enjoy food, either alone or together. And the more we spoke to people the more we realized we weren't alone. So we decided to do something about it!


Initially, we opened a cafe in Melbourne which eventually expanded into 3 stores (until COVID came along). We also began to manufacture some packaged products like frozen meals, dumplings, sauces and mixes and began selling them into retail stores.


Once COVID hit, we realized pretty quickly the retail stores wouldn't survive (restrictions were particularly tough in Melbourne) so we decided to pivot away from retail and move towards our packaged product business.


And now here we are! With a range of frozen products (including meals, desserts and dumplings) and shelf-stable products (including sauces, spices and baking mixes) available in Australia, we decided the time was right to try and bring our products into the United States.


Beginning with our shelf-stable line, we're hoping to get heaps of support so we can eventually bring over our entire frozen range and eventually reopen some of our stores here in the United States as well!


We're on a huge mission: to change the world for people with food allergies and intolerances. And our journey so far has been a rollercoaster. We won't be able to achieve what we want to achieve alone and with your help and support we'll work our butts off to change the world for people like us!
