Low FODMAP Cajun Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients: 

4 (1.5lb) chicken thigh fillet s/off

2tbs Foddies Cajun Spice Mix

1-2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

1tbs garlic oil *optional 

 

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 380F

In a bowl, add in all ingredients and mix well to evenly coat the chicken

Lay chicken onto oven tray and cook for 20-30 mins turning halfway through

Allow to rest for 10 mins before serving
